Backtagging: Go for it. I’ll always try to reply to anyone who tags, but I don’t always watch musebox and memes ages after the postdate.
Thread jacking: No prob. I usually don’t do it unless I know everybody in the thread.
Fourthwalling: Fine by me, but Tom won’t get it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Can’t think of anything I wouldn’t be able to handle. I’d probably just respond to anything IC. I try to issue trigger warnings as a courtesy when necessary, but I don't need them myself, thanks anyway. My only real request is keeping in mind that Tom's knowledge and point of view does not reflect my own. IC ≠ OOC and all of that.

Hugging this character: Sure! He could use a hug to be honest. Even if he’s easily embarrassed.
Kissing this character: He might react different depending on your gender and how public it is. Tom’s so deep in the closet that his encounters with men are pretty clandestine.
Flirting with this character: By all means. He’ll probably flirt back regardless of how deep his interest runs.
Fighting with this character: Absolutely. He can definitely be provoked and he can really take a hit.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Feel free to rough him up, but I’d appreciate refrain from permanently crippling him without letting me consider it first.
Killing this character: If you must, but some warning/discussion would be nice.
Using telepathy/super natural abilities on this character: Tom's an ordinary guy who tries to lead a very quiet life. He's had no experience with super-natural things and they don't tend to fit into his world view. You're welcome to introduce him to paranormal/super natural things, but please understand that it'll be a lot to take in and his coming to terms with it could be rocky. If you're poking around in his head please feel free to contact me about what you might like to find in there. Tom is no stranger to head trauma and the man has plenty of secrets.
